How it works

Eat. Lift. See the whole picture.

  1. 1

    Log what you eat

Snap your plate, say it, scan the pack or type it. Check the estimate, then save.

  2. 2

    Train and track

Log sets, reps and weight next to last time's. The rest timer starts itself.

  3. 3

    Know what's next

See where you stand, ask your AI coach, and get meals that fit what's left today.

Inside the app

Log it your way

Snap it, say it, scan it or type it.

One tap opens every way to log. AI estimates each item from a photo or a sentence; you check the portions, then log it in one tap.

  • One camera for photos and barcodes, with a clear scan before the result
  • Photo estimates with a likely range, a confidence level and every item editable
  • Describe a meal by voice or text, in your own words
  • Switch any item between pieces and grams, or search the food database
  • Saved meals, Log again, Copy yesterday and Quick add

CaloLift AI Coach

A coach that knows your logs.

Ask how your week went, why the scale moved or what to train next. Answers come from your own meals, weight and workouts, and it can build you a whole program.

  • Questions about calories, protein, weight trends and lifts, with charts
  • Asks for a program and gets full routines you can save and start
  • Tell it what you ate and it drafts the meal for you to check

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Anything else? Write to us from the Support page below.

How do I log a meal?

Take a photo, say what you ate, type it, scan a barcode, search the food database, or pick a saved meal. AI estimates photos and descriptions; you review every item and portion before saving.

Are the calorie estimates accurate?

They're estimates, and CaloLift always says so. Photo estimates come with a likely range and a confidence level, and you can adjust any portion or value. Barcode results use the label data.

What's free and what's Pro?

Logging meals and workouts, your targets, the exercise library, the last four months of progress and a few AI Coach messages are free. Pro adds AI Chef, unlimited routines, more coach messages, your full history, body photos and measurements, and full reports. The annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.

Does it work on Android?

Yes. CaloLift is built for iPhone and Android, with Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, and widgets on both.

Which languages does it speak?

The app is in English, French and Spanish, and you can describe meals in your own words — regional dishes are recognized too.

What happens to my data?

It's used to run the app — never sold, and there are no ads. Body progress photos are only seen by you. You can export your data, or delete your account and everything in it, from Settings.
