Need help with CaloLift? Most questions are answered below. If yours is not, email us at support@calolift.com from the email address of your account and tell us what happened. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Account and sign-in

I did not receive my sign-in code

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure the email address is spelled correctly. If you asked for several codes, use the most recent one. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, request a new code.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and your data at any time from the app. See Delete your account.

Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

• iOS: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select CaloLift → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select CaloLift → Cancel subscription.

You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.

I subscribed but the app still shows the free plan

Open the upgrade screen or Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure your phone is signed in to the App Store or Google Play account that bought the subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them, under their own policies.

Using the app

The estimate for my meal looks wrong

Results from a photo, your voice or a description are estimates. You can change any food, portion or value before saving, and edit a meal after it is saved.

I am not receiving notifications

Open Settings → Notifications in the app. If notifications are blocked, allow them for CaloLift in your device settings.

My health data is not syncing

Open Settings → Health data in the app and check that it is connected. Then check in Apple Health or Health Connect that CaloLift has permission to read and write data.
